How do I start up the DVD or view different Parts/Chapters... ?Place the DVD in your DVD player. It will first play a prologue of scenes, then you will be presented with a menu, which allows you to choose whatever Part or Chapter you desire to play. This menu is called the Root Menu or Title Menu. Basically, it will always be the place to resort to when you want to choose which Part or Chapter you want to view. Some DVD players have different setups, but if you resort the the Root Menu/Title Menu, you will always be able to get to the Part or Chapter that you desire. Back to Top
Do the Parts/Chapters follow one after another automatically...?Yes, the following Part or Chapter will automatically follow its predecessor. Choices for the Parts/Chapters will always be available from the Root/Title Menu if you need to make a choice. Back to Top
Why isn't the DVD read by my player ... ?The DVD will play on most DVD players with no difficulty. There are not many brands of players that it has been found not to play on. If you have bought the DVD through the mail directly from Adk Observe and want to return it, please see the Return Policy on the Products page (click here). Is the Root Menu or Title Menu the main point of operation for the DVD...? Yes. No matter what PC DVD software or TV DVD player you use, the Root/Title menu will always be the most reliable point of operation for the DVD. To get to a certain Chapter or Part, the Root/Title menu will always hold the choices for you. Softwares and TV DVD players differ, and may not always operate the same, so to operate the DVD always resort to the Root/Title Menu for sure operation.
